Alex Fellove Biography

Alex is dual-certified through the NSCA as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Special Population Specialist (CSPS). He specializes in working with individuals managing a variety of chronic conditions, including osteoarthritis, obesity, hypertension, and neurological disorders. Through his experience working alongside healthcare practitioners in an outpatient multidisciplinary orthopedic setting, he has seen how structured, consistent strength training can improve longevity, confidence, and overall quality of life. His mission is to help people regain and maintain the ability to perform everyday activities with less pain, greater capacity, and more independence.

Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from Concordia University Chicago. His graduate research focused on optimal training strategies for older adults. He believes the same foundational principles that drive performance, including appropriate stress, progressive overload, and recovery, can be adapted to help people of all ages build strength, resilience, and long-term health.

His ultimate goal is to help bridge the gap between fitness and healthcare. Alex believes strength training is often the missing piece that helps people move beyond short-term solutions and build the strength, resilience, and capacity needed to stay healthy for life.
