A Bit About Me

Sheila Hautbois, PA-C, MSPAS, MPH, CHES®, FACLM is an Assistant Professor at the Shenandoah University PA Program in Leesburg, VA. She is a clinician who has brought Lifestyle Medicine into several outpatient practices. Sheila utilizes a patient-centered approach emphasizing disease reversal and prevention using the 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine, one of which is exercise. Sheila offers personal lifestyle medicine consults as well as small group shared medical meetings. 


Sheila has served as a clinical preceptor for NP and PA students and medical residents interested in Lifestyle Medicine. She is chairperson of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) PA Member Interest Group, active in her state PA chapter and the national AAPA, and the PA spokesperson for Park RX America. 


Sheila’s goal has been to provide compassionate, holistic care, and to partner with people on the journey to being their healthiest self. Her mission is to improve the wellbeing of clients, coworkers, and communities where she lives and works by providing excellent individualized care and education, engaging in research and lifelong learning, and serving as a positive role model.
